Clinical First Responder™
This hands-on training is designed specifically for staff working with therapeutic populations in either wilderness or residential settings. The primary goal is to provide staff with helpful tools to increase their success in facilitating positive outcomes for troubled adolescents, while also working more effectively as part of a treatment team.
CFRI and CFR II each consist of 3.5 days of action-packed training, loaded with relevant information and hands-on practice designed to help staff to be more effective by:
o Being more intentional in choosing interventions
o Improving communication with clinical staff
o De-escalating emotional crises to prevent critical incidents
o Possessing a better understanding of underlying issues triggering behavior
o Exhibiting greater flexibility in the application of skills and knowledge click>>>
